Weekly schedule at a glance

Use this page as your quick reference for in-season practices, optional open mats, and tournament weekends.

Practice nights

Typical practice runs 2 nights per week during the season. Monday and Wednesday.

Beginner/Novice is held in the Middle School Wrestling Room: Middle School Wrestling Room Directions: Enter at the main entrance.  Go through the doors, go straight ahead, crossing two halls, until you reach the wrestling room. This practice is designated for our newer wrestlers or wrestlers that are not looking for as intense of a training environment. This room will focus more on technique. 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Advanced is held in the High School Wrestling Room: High School Wrestling Room Directions: Enter the main gym entrance (off of 18th).  Enter the first set of doors, turn left and go down the stairs.  At the bottom of the stairs turn right and follow the hallway.  You will pass the pool area and enter the stairs immediately past the pool.  The stairs will bring you to the backside of the wrestling room.  You must go this way.  Please do not take a shortcut through the gym This practice is designated for our more serious/seasoned wrestlers that are looking for a more intense training environment. 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM


Open mat / extra reps

Optional sessions for athletes who want more drilling and live goes—great for building confidence and conditioning. More information will be put out about dates and times.


Tournaments & meets

Weekend events vary by age group. We’ll share recommended events and deadlines as they’re announced.


Holiday & weather updates

If school is canceled or facilities close, practice will be cancelled, unless otherwise stated.

Where are practices held?

Beginner practice is held at the Middle School wrestling room. Advanced practice is held at the High School Wrestling room.

What should my child bring?

Athletic clothes, wrestling shoes (if you have them), and a water bottle. Headgear is recommended once athletes begin live wrestling.

Do we practice during school breaks?

Most years, we take a couple of weeks off for the holidays in December. We’ll post holiday and break schedules here as dates approach.

How do tournament weekends work?

We’ll share recommended events, registration deadlines, and arrival times. Participation is encouraged but not required for every athlete.

How will I hear about changes?

This page is the source of truth. We also send reminders through club communications when schedules shift.

Can new wrestlers join mid-season?

Often, yes. Reach out and we’ll help you find the best start date and practice group.
