What we offer
Programs built for growth—on and off the mat
Our coaching focuses on fundamentals, safe training habits, and a positive team culture. Wrestlers progress at their pace while learning to compete with effort and respect.
Beginner/Novice: This practice is held at the Middle School and is designed for newer/younger wrestlers.
Advanced: This practice is held at the High School and is designed for our more serious wrestlers that are looking for an intense training environment. Must be at least 3rd Grade to participate in this practice. (No Exceptions)
Youth Wrestling Practices
Age-appropriate coaching that teaches fundamentals, conditioning, and mat awareness in a positive team setting.
Skill Development & Technique
Focused instruction on stance, motion, takedowns, escapes, and top/bottom work to build confident, well-rounded wrestlers.

What ages can join?
Our programs are designed for youth athletes. Age groups can vary by season—contact us and we’ll help you find the best fit.
Does my child need experience?
No. Beginners are welcome. Coaches teach fundamentals and pair athletes appropriately so they can learn safely and confidently.
What should my wrestler bring?
Athletic clothes, wrestling shoes (if you have them), and a water bottle. We’ll share any season-specific gear needs after registration.
How do competitions work?
Competitions are optional. We’ll help families understand rules, weigh-ins, and what to expect so wrestlers feel prepared.
