About Bettendorf Wrestling Club
We’re a Bettendorf, Iowa youth wrestling club focused on fundamentals, confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship—helping kids grow on the mat and in life.
Our story
Building champions on the mat—and in life
Bettendorf Wrestling Club exists to give kids a place to belong, work hard, and learn the sport the right way—through positive coaching and a team-first culture.
Wrestling is one of the best teachers there is. It rewards effort, builds resilience, and shows athletes that progress comes from consistent practice. Our coaches break skills down step-by-step so beginners feel supported and experienced wrestlers stay challenged.
Our goal is simple: every athlete leaves practice more confident than when they walked in.
Bettendorf Wrestling Club
We’re proud to be part of the Bettendorf community and a strong feeder for Bettendorf High School Wrestling. Whether your child is brand new or ready to compete, we’ll help them develop strong fundamentals, a growth mindset, and respect for teammates and opponents.

What we believe
We coach with high standards and a positive approach. Kids learn stance and motion, mat awareness, takedowns, escapes, and top/bottom fundamentals—while building habits that carry into school and life.
Our practices emphasize effort, respect, and sportsmanship. We celebrate improvement, encourage teammates, and teach athletes to compete with confidence—win or learn.
